This week’s Burnout video features a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 doing a quick, smokey donut that ends with a brief burnout – all of which creates a solid amount of tire smoke in a short amount of time.
Both the Camaro ZL1 and the Camaro Z/28 as stock, are blisteringly fast sportscars. The supercharged ZL1 is a tower of low down dirty torque, and the super sticky Z/28 is a racecar for the road. However, in a world where John Hennessey exists, nothing has enough horsepower for the mad Texan.
Conan’s 2000 Camaro Z28 has 616 horsepower and 560 foot-pounds of torque. The car put together meticulously, piece by piece, and now is a flawless example of what these rides can be.
There are several good reasons to choose dirt as the surface for some fun-loving donuts. It helps the car break loose, kicks up a nice haze, and is usually more out of sight for any patrolling police officers.
