There was the '99 reverse 30th Anniversary car, 1 of 1.
Two hard top '98 Trans Ams.... two '98 Formula ragtops.
I saw a '69 Trans Am RA-III 4-speed with a factory red interior, only one ever built, on Ebay earlier today.

Rarest LT1 I can think of is the one '97 Hurst/LPE Formula 'vert built. The other 8 or 9 were coupes. There was also one '89 TTA 'vert built too.

We have in NPD's collection a 1987 Suntour, a 1987 Trans Am with a complete glass roof that slides back, conversion done by ASC for a possible model to take up the gap left by no convertible in the F-body line since 1969. After a year on the show tour it was passed on by GM due to cost, and ASC started doing convertibles later.
We bought it from an ASC employee, and currently has 180 miles. It was featured in the October 2002 issue of High Performance Pontiac.

I believe they made 1 '68 Camaro Z28 convertible. It was for an exec at GM, valued at over a million bucks now.

We could go on for pages about 1 off Pontiac Concepts, and privately traded corporate vehicles. But i woud say, a rare production FBody would be the Vert 10th anniversary Firehawks. Now i am sure someone else is gonna post about the X-Men firehawk saying its more rare, but case in point, that was made for a specific corporate purpose, not a public production car.
2002 Vert Anniversary Firehawks FTW

I claim the '97 LT4 Firehawks for the win.... I know a couple are totaled. Who knows how many of the 29 original cars are still around today.

The numbers can vary so much when you start breaking them down by options.
there were only 2 silver firehawk formula hardtop 6 spds in 2000
both are a one of one car because one had painted wheels and regular susp and the other had chrome wheels with blistien susp, but like I said those are only rare because of options.
1967' firebird RAI conv auto 1 of 1
1968' firebird RAII conv 8
I have a feeling this thread is going to get rather large with rare cars.
PS I would love to get ahold of the 2003 GMP body kit.

I think that car sold or was on the block at Auburn last year. If I remember right someone stole the paywork while the car was on display.
