From looking at the clock, it looked like your 60' was a 1.54? What was your 1/8 mi et/mph?
My best run was a 1.54 60', 6.93 @ 99 mph at the 1/8th.

83k on the trans, about 20k with the converter. It does have a transgo shift kit I installed with the converter to bump shift pressure instead of through tuning. I ran a decent sized cooler on it before getting a converter and change the fluid to help it survive lol.

It was my DD until 3 months ago when I picked up a TBSS.

great pass, how did you get to 11.4.1 cr I have almost the same setup but my cr is not that high, I was told it was 10.8.1, I have same heads milled .020 and a .045 head gasket and my slugs are .006 out of the hole. just wondering maybe my info is off.

I run 0.040" cometic gaskets and my heads were decked to 62cc by TEA. I assumed my pistons were .006" out of the hole, but never measured. static compression calculation is always a best estimate since there is some variation in all inputs.

Bore: 3.901"
Stroke: 3.64"
Out of the Hole: .006"
Gasket: 0.040"
Chambers: 62cc = 3.783 in^3

Volume TDC = 3.783 + (.040*pi*(3.901/2)^2) - (.006*pi*(3.901/2)^2)
Volume BDC = VTDC + (3.64*pi*(3.901/2)^2)

SCR = VBDC / VTDC = 11.38 for my setup. When I was putting my combo together i wanted to max DCR for pump gas since I street my car often, so SCR kind of just happened to land here.

Assuming the same calculation with your .045" head gaskets, I get a SCR of 11.24:1

thanks looks like my info was wrong, also can you post your 11.30 time slip I would like to compare it to mine so I can see if the rims would make the same diff for me or if its a traction issue for you and not just gains from the rims.

I got both traction and weight savings from the drag wheels. I could never hammer down on the 17" radials like I could on the QTPs. All together the drag wheels were 90 lbs lighter than my 17" zr1s. Here are some slips from when I was on the 17" radials:

I had an ls6 intake and stock TB for these runs. Also about 150 lbs heavier. I dynod 399 rwhp with the converter unlocked with this setup. Best pass was 11.37@118mph

I made 2 passes the weekend before this rental on the 17" radials to make sure everything was working. Best pass was an 11.48 @ 121 mph

60' ... 1.864
330' ... 4.896
1/8 ... 7.428
mph ... 96.45
1000 ... 9.630

1/4 ... 11.489
mph ... 121.07
