Default 10's or bust

How is it going folks. It's been a wail but I'm back. Would like to post my project 1998 Camaro SS. Quick run down, MS3 cam with 02 top end includes ls6 intake, th400 trans, Nitrous outlet plate kit and basic suspension mods. Hoping to break into the 10's with a 100shot and circle D nitrous converter. Gears are 3.90 on a Mickey Thompson 295/55/15. Any advise besides the mods I posted to help me get into the 10's I would greatly appreciate it.

Nitrous kit not installed yet

Th400 trans. No T-brake

1998 Camaro SS

Viking Performance struts and shocks, 300lb Spring rate

I see no reason that you couldn't get into the 10's with your current setup

Thanks. Car is still close to full weight. I won't know til I weigh it. It's a bit tuff to get into those low et cause my local track has bad track prep. (Sac raceway)

Sure will. I will be posting my converter as soon as it comes in and a few other pictures. Motor is coming back out to finish up a few minor engine bay touch ups as well as the converter & nitrous install.

I don't see a problem with you going at least mid 10's. My cam is similar to yours and just on motor I made a 11.1 pass at Sac raceway this past wednesday. Prep is key though, I was slip and sliding when I tried to use the nitrous.

Do you have 15x8 or 15x10 rear rim? I like that tire size. Keep us posted!!
