My recent track visit (first time on 28s)
I haven't posted in a long time, I'm mostly on the GTO Drag Racing pages on Facebook.
A few weeks ago I got my PB of a 10.61 @ 128.05 with a weak 1.57 60ft. After that night I was kicked out for no cage. I ran 5 other passes in the 10.6 @ 127-128 mph range.
I have an RPM Rollbar in the works now and will be installing with full interior. This was the first time on 28s. Before on my 26" (MT ET Street Rs) I was running constant 10.7s @ 126 w/ low 1.5 60fts.
Pretty simple setup overall, not much has changed in awhile.
-Cam Only LS2 (EDC Streetsweeper XL)
-O-B-X Headers, catless Mids, and catback
-Nitrous Outlet 175 Shot Plate Kit
-Tim Haines Remote tuned via HPT PRO
-RPM Level 7 4L65
-FTI 3800 Stall
-DSS 9" IRS Rear end w/ Tru-Trac and 3.70 gears
-15x4 Skinnies
-15x8 MT Pro Bracket Radials 28x9
-Full weight at 3950 with me behind the wheel
-Stock Block, heads, intake, TB
-Pump Gas 91 Octane
Anyway that's my setup. I know there's bigger and better out there. This is what I have, plain and simple. And a whole lot less "track prep" than the average joe.

No idea currently, haven't ran it on the motor in a few years. Running it NA isn't fun :-)
Doesn't run as good on motor since it has a Nitrous converter, also that 9" kill a tenth or two overall. Also, I'm sure the 28s now would hurt it now on the motor. It did run 12.0 on the motor with the 26" tires. Same everything else, nitrous converter, full weight, pump gas.
