You'll also have to check the pinon angle for the torque arm too. If everything else was adjusted except for that then that would must likely be the issue.

I have it set to 3.5 degrees difference currently.

I remember I raised my front ride height up and made a big difference. If I remember right I raised it a inch, so measured in the center of the wheel, from ground to fender lip was 27 inches. Front came up better and stayed up. Strange single adjustables up front.
