That shopping list is a little much (the headlights won't get you 10's, neither will the brakes). Looks like a mid/high 11 second list for most cars. Without tires (slicks) and weight reduction, I'd say no chance.

Stuff like strut tower braces do nothing for drag racing except add weight. You'll also need computer tuning ($500), and make sure the panhard is adjustable (so you can center the rear).

its an overall list of items i want to buy....not just drag racing. I want great handling and decently fast 1/4 mile times. I may throw on a 100 shot or so. Thanks, Brian Kaiser

Don't waste your money on Brembos. I'd go with replacement rotors and a nice pad setup if you're street-driving the car. With the extra $2,000 you're not using. Put it into some sort of savings accout, you'll need it later. Trust me.

Yeah, you really need too look and learn a whole lot about the parts you are buying.
You can spend 20k in parts and still have a 12 second car. Its all about buying parts that work together well, and making them do so.
If your looking at spending some serious cash and dont have the time/desire to learn about what will work best for the car, Give one of the sponsors a call, tell them what you have to spend and what you want out of the car and they can hook you up with what all you will need and work the best.

Also Street Manners is relative, if you car is stock now, no it wont feel like stock when your done, but if you are a little on the hardcore side you should be able to deal with it fine on the street.
