Default Is this 3200 vig & 3.73's enough?

I will be building a 427 with 225 AFR Heads, Fast 90/90, custom 236/240 114 cam and all the usual bolt-ons. Will this 3200 vig. & 3.73 gear be enough to get me low 11's or high 10's @ 3600 lbs?If so, what kind of MPH does a4's run in the 1/4? I know that the cam is small, but I am looking for great drivability and performance all in one package. Give me some of you expertise for my goal. Thanks

you should be able to pull atleast 1.5 60ft if not better. I pulled 1.65 on stock suspension in my bolton car.
