LOl, well like the title says im interested. Ive ran a best of 11.6 @ 119mph with a 1.8 60 ft. (stock suspension) on nitto's. Now ive got Adj LCa, SFC's,pnhrd bar with 26inch tall slicks. and will be moving fromt the 125 shot, to 175. I will be removing about 100lbs of weight off my car. So tell me, with my mph and if i can get a 1.5 60ft. Is it worth trying?
175 horsepower shot on stock internals isn't a good idea unless you're planning on rebuilding your motor soon. Secondly, you might want to consider a stronger rear end if you're going to run 10's. I have a strong feeling your stock rear end will not hold out, especially with 3.73 gears. A good tire to try are the 27" Hoosier quick time pros. They are the Hoosier equivalent of the Mickey Thompson ET streets. Only difference is - you can get them 27" and they still fit in your wheel well without having to trim the wheel well back. Another good idea would be to switch to 15" rims so that you can maximize the use of good tires. 15" rims and a 27" tire will allot for good grip and slingshot action. You should be able to hook a very respectable 60 foot time. Have you considered long tube headers, a bigger cam, head work? All of these are better options than increasing nitrous. The most reliable way to build a racecar is to build as much horsepower or as strong a motor as possible without the nitrous and then use nitrous for additional power after you've reached the engine's potential. This way you're not hitting a week motor with a heavy shot of nitrous...instead you're hitting a strong motor with a lighter shot of nitrous - therefore increasing the life expectancy of your motor. Good luck. I hope this helps. I'm not quite sure if this is the info you were looking for. If there is any way that I can help, please feel free to post back and I'd be happy to share my thoughts/experience with you.

My rear end is well built and actually its stronger now then it was last week (410s)
I planned on taking timing out and adding a walbro255 pump. But, is 10seconds possible?

If you have 520 RWHP and weigh 3750 lbs with a 1.6sec 60' time. You should be in the 10's already. If not, somthing is going wrong whilr going down the track. Tht first time I went tens,I was a making 500 RWHP and weighed 3800lbs with a 1.62 60" time.
Try 27" Hoosier qicktime pros. It'sthe biggest DOT tire that will fit in the wheel well without cutting.
Good luck.
