congrats! can i ask you what your rpm at the trap was and what you shifted at? also what do you have for a converter. i'm about to put a th350 in my car and thinking i need 4.10's vs 3.90's. i'm also running a 27", only they're QTP's.

trap RPM was 6600 with 4.10s and 27" et streets, shifting at 6500

3500 tight stall for spray

doing it again I would go with 3.73s to help with cruising RPMs, this is a street car, not a drag car.

The TH350 is the cure for the M6 clutch problems, and the 4l60E issues

this is the the first time out on this setup, mid 10s seem obtainable with this setup

your 2800 lbs race weight is insane! 3.73s for you at the most, maybe lower

My car weighs about 3700, get yourself ready for some solid 9s at 2800 lbs

Thats pretty good for a $1575 heads and cam package.Do have a fast 90/90?Lloyd did my dart 225's and i got one of his cams too.

try $1375 this is only the LE1 package
no 90/90, stock untouched LS6 intake and ported TB

naw, low 10's prob at best, but thanks for the giggle! lol. after talking to my trans guy and my converter guy, 4.10's will be too big all things considered. i will give the 3.73's some consideration. if nothing else, it leaves the door open for a small shot to get me into the 9's when i'm ready, but i'm only having the car certified to 10.00 or 9.99, whatever it is for a 6 pt. i can also go with a 28" tire if need be of course, or 26" depending on what it does when i get it out which will likely be in the spring unfortunately. i'm running out of time quick and it'll still be tueday before my converter gets here and i can get it and the trans in to measure and order my drive shaft. i'm spending a little more than i've got on that for a nice Denny's aluminum 1350 shaft so i should never have to worry about it.

and right now the car should be about 2625 lbs without me, but i'm gonna see about finding a little more weight somewhere, like running a fuel cell & going with a moly rear bumper like my 3# front and stuff. after i do that and the cage goes in, it'll be closer to a 2850-2900lb race weight, still not bad compared to my old '00 SS Vert that was 3800lbs with me After i put Weld rims & et streets on it! it was a freakin' PIG!

I ordered a 3.5" custom length aluminum shaft with 1350 joints from EPP and it was at my door in 4 working days.

It sounds like you are on the right track

can i ask what it cost you? i got a quote from PST for $545 shipped and Denny's for $525 shipped so i had planned on going with Denny's. also, does the price include the yoke and pinion & u-joints? TIA.
