Just made it to an 1/8 mile track up here near my new place of residence (it sucks not having a 1/4 mile track 20 minutes away anymore) with my new converter and rear in the car. Skyview Drags is the name of the track, great people there who were very friendly, but the track prep was lacking. It was only a friday night test and tune though and with the season nearing end I wasn't expecting much. My best run was a 7.60@90.73.

It is the only run where I kind of hooked up, the others were pretty bad. Suprizing though with only a 3600 stall converter, it may have a 1.5 in it. Who knows when I get it restalled to 4000 for next year.

If I hadn't been wearing a helmet you would have seen my smile a mile wide when it hooked. Going from a best of a 1.98 to a 1.64 is quite a jump, really throws you back.
