argument between me and a friend...
i rant 12.7@110 with just lt headers, tsp dual exaust, and intake lid.
in my TA. its an auto. i dynoed 334hp/348tq
he doesnt think with a 3200 to 3400 stall and a 100 shot of nitrous i could get close to a mid 11 run. with some good slicks.
so am i talking out of my *** or would this be realistic goal? i figure if guys are hitting mid high 11's with 370-380 rwhp. then a 100shot or even a 75shot should be enough to push me there?
background on the kid he had a old chevy truck with the 5.3l in it. cam, stall, nitrous, tbss intake, few other things and should have been a low 12 sec. or thats what he said another guy with same mods ran. i pulled him pretty good when we ran each other already. im thinkin he is just sour something was up with his truck and doesnt think anyone else should run good if his couldnt heh.
anyhow my car runs pretty good for being a convertible and a auto with very little in mods.

If you ran a 12.7 somthing with your mods and the stock stall. **** man drop in a 3600stall converter and put 125shot on her you would probably hit the 10 second mark. I went 13.60 104mph stock added fullbolt ons and a tune with a 3600stall converter and went 12.60 107mph. Then added a fast with the H/C/I and a 4400 stall converter and went 10.90@123mph.
With the right converter you can shave off around 5-6 tenths.
