I know I know
Ready?
FI or NA?!?!?!
It is a daily driver and I also have another car that I use for trips and such, so long rides aren't going to be an issue. It's a stock LS1 right now and i'm doing the suspension mods before I start adding power, so the 10 bolt ill be a 12.
What I want is an solid low to mid 11 second car that can hold its own on the street runs and against the newer stock camaro ss. I know the easy power is in the Turbo set-ups but i've never had or been around FI and it seems like a lot of variables. Too many for what I feel I'm looking for.
So bottom line, what is the power requirement to run a '98 formula at that level? It's an m6 so I can reliably do na up to 500rwhp.
and if your question is simply [ no device vs having one], then yes, it is highly recommended you put a dial somewhere inside your vehicle that adjusts the atmospheric pressure of the engine, both for performance and longevity sake.
