What else will it take to get me there? ... GS-D3's ...will they grip enough to get me into the very high 11's with my sig? I've never had this car at the track. It's been tuned. I feel I'm probably very low 12's right now ... with ideal track conditions.

I'd say your right about hitten low low 12's. I think with an awesome 60 ft your could squeeze your way into the deep 11's, but I think you should be happy with consistant low 12's. But, get that thing out there and see!
