Default think i'll make it guys?

its a 98 z28 a4. has mt1 stealth 2 cam, hooker longtubes and off road y-pipe, ported throttle body, slp lid, nitto drags 16" ,and bmr lca's. waiting to go on but will be on before i go, hooker cat back, 3.42 gears up from 2.73, sfc's, and a 3200 converter. i dont have any tuning but i do have the shift points moved to 6600. i'm gunna try for 11.90's without the ls6 intake for now. my only weight reduction will be !egr, !air pump, jack and spare and maybe back seats. it is a t-top car. let me know what u guys think

What's the rwhp? With a 3200 converter it probably won't happen (though the gears will help some with the torque muplication). I ran a Yank 3200 for 3 years and could only pull 1.80 60 fts. Switched to a TCI 3800 and pulled off some 1.60's and a 1.57 on DR's. I would just do the LS6 intake before. It's relatively cheap and easy to install.

its doable.i went 12.18 befor the cam with a yank 300tt, after the cam i went 11.58,my 60 fts are in the low 1.60s.its all in the first 300 ft, after that its just a ride.try stalling it up as high as you can before it rolls out of the beams, thats what my converter likes the best. you might need slicks though, my nittos would only go 1.70 60. GOOD LUCK

well i'm hopping for the 11.90 but realistically i will prob be a 12.20, i'm not gunna acctually buy a ls6 intake, that is why i dont have one yet. see i work at the dealer and i'm just waiting for summer to roll around and the corvettes start coming in under gmpp. cause gmpp doesnt ask for warranty parts back, so the corvette will get a new ls6 intake and i will get there old one.
