Alright thank you. Yea i read his thread. Very informative. Maybe some stuff i missed. So what all else does the double adjustables do over the F's? Like can you explain all the extra it does? This will help me decide if there worth the extra money for me. Thanks. Also where is a good place to buy all these parts/ Ive been searching at Speed Inc but are there any other parts stores online that has like EVERYTHING? thanks

Shocks -
- The F series are 50/50, you can only adjust the softness/firmness of them. So if you set them super soft they come up very fast, but go back down just as fast.
- The R series are 90/10. You can still only adjust the firmness/softness, but they come back down 9 times slower than they go up. Great for the track, not so good for the street, but I have heard they are not that bad on the street either.
- Dual adjustables let you seperately set the compression and rebound. So you can make them 50/50 for the street and 90/10 for the track. (or any combo in between)
