It's a sticky in the drag racing tech forum. Lots of ideas, more than a few that I'm sure you can use.
I've removed AIR, EGR, spare tire/jack, rear seat, front sway bar, insulation from under most of the carpet and run with 1/8-1/4 tank of gas. (have two extra gallons on hand).
Total weight removed (not counting heavy *** gas) is about 100 pounds.

Don't dismantle your car in exchange for a few 100th or a tenth. I promise you that you will regret doing it. Add power instead.
