What transmission?

If you get a decent launch you could be high 11's. If you spray out of the hole and HOOK you might make mid 11's.

depending on your sixty foot, and how flowless you drive 11.8-11.4
i have a friend w/ the same set up, except he had a 150hp shot, at hrp ( at sea level) went 11.4 1.6x 60ft.

Now that we know what the transmission is, that is definately a possibility. Didn't know the tranny when I posted that.

It's possible if you can drive. My buddy did mid-high 11s with nothing more than a cold-air kit, drag radials, exhaust, and a 150 shot. This was an a4 SS... Still awesome times for what it was.

On a side note, I find it comical when people use the word only to describe a 150 horsepower shot of nitrous. There isn't really anything more signifcant you can do to improve your times.

anything can happen with nitrous. you will get veriety of answer on wheather dry or wet is safer. lol. with what happen to me i am a fan of the wet kit for couple of reasons, but as long as things are set up correctly and you have plenty of fuel you should be fine w/ either. just dont miss a gear....

by the way i have seen a rear end let go on a 12.0 a4 car on the launch, so the horror stories are true.

the way i do it and few others i know that are on stock rear ends is to: leave on motor and get on the gas as quick as possible or as soon as the car hooks. if you hit the gas while your spinnin more than likely you will hit the rev limiter. that can be bad as well. i dont know though if you are on a button or an RPM switch.

Get a Mosier 12 bolt with 33 spline forged axles. This is an excellent rear end. I've had no problems with mine, and I beat the hell out of it. good luck.

Same rear here with C-clip eliminators. I'm sure B-Man has that option as well. It's a tad noisy at cruise but that's probably more about the gear setup than anything. I'd recommend this rear to anyone looking to put down up to around 800 horsepower then the Ford 9" is probably better.
