In the 11's now
I could not come out of the hole for nothing. I'm running MT street radial and the best I could get was a 1.88 60'. I heated the **** out of them and dumped the clutch anywhere from 2500-4200 and they would either spin or bog real bad. I was told the 26" tire is hurting me with no sidewall and I know the car being lowered doesn't help either. Anybody have any other thoughts on why the car wasn't 60'????
I'm gonna put the stock springs back on it and take off the front swaybar and see how it does then. Coilovers are coming soon....
Get that 60' down and you should see low to mid 11s.

Yeah thats the plan..
secondly you cant go dumping the clutch, because you will either spin or bog.
Ive cut 1.8 60's on street tires before. for the M/T's, I heat them up for a couple of seconds, thats all that they require. after that i just clean em off after rolling thru the water. On the M/T's i came out of the hole at 4500 rpm, slipping the clutch quickly on 24psi. try a little finessing on your launches instead of dumping it because you will either ALWAYS spin or bog which= **** poor 60' times EVERY TIME. try not to go under 24psi, because it will only hurt you up top. (more drag from underinflated tire)
Before you go ripping your springs and swaybar out, try this, - 24psi, 5 second burnout. SLIP the clutch from 4000-4500 rpm and away you go. I hope this enlightens those who are having problems with their 60'
PS im not being a *****

I can tell that YOUR not being a *****. I appreciate your response.
I'll try what you said above, but I don't think the twin disk is gonna like being slipped
