will i hit 11s?
will i hit 11s? just wandering if my car is possible for 11s with a 1.7 1.8 60 ft and that trap speed? ...i ran 15.1 at 67 the first time b/c of the clutch and 12.5 at 117 the second run, i didnt really wanna run it that hard the second time so i just eased it ....but what kind of et's am i lookin at with a 117 trap speed?

well my buddies lt1 car trapt 123 and ran 11.2 so ...i dont know, i hear i tenth out of the 60ft drops 2 tenths at the end..so i figure if i run a 1.8 60 ft...thats like 1/2 a second...i just want 11s bad, esp being a 98 car with just a big cam i dont even have a ****** ls6 intake on it yet...
yea right... i ran a ****** 12.8 when the car was stock as a rock ...no headers..nothin, driver mod isnt the problem i just eased that second run for the clutch, i will drive the ballz off it if thats what it takes..

dude i ran 12.4 on street tires with bolt ons, untuned and stock gears on a 10bolt. i know theres 12.3s in it then but i only had 2 track runs that night. 1st run was my feeler run, (the 12.4)
now i have a 12 bolt w 373s, DRs and gonna get me a tune as well. thats 12.0 or 11.9
no offense but u need the driver mod. get more seat time in so u can get used to launching it!!

Verdad Gallardo have you ever been to gayeway on a midnight madness??? prolly the shittiest track prep ever...i guarantee you when i run on wednsday night ill run an 11 sec pass, and also my trannys jacked, clutch was actin wierd and im not even a full bolt on car ...like i said i dont even have an ls6 intake....or underdrive pulley or gears
ok thank you ..those were the answers i was lookin for...i obviously didnt launch hard on the 12 .5 run for a reason, notice how the clutch smoked in the 15 sec run when i did launch hard???!?!?

nobody wants to hear excuses about why or how you couldnt do it. [11s]
-im stock internals, you have a cam
-In my 12.4 run i had stock gears
-and btw, before the LS6 intake, i was running 12.5's on stock internals, full weight.
with a cam and that trap speed, you should be in the 11s

well i ran a 12.1 with a 2.0 60ft at 115 so my cars faster then yours so blow me....lol
i will give it to you that a 12.4 out of a bolt on car is very good ...but you also realize an ls6 intake will help my car more then it would help your car, beings i have a cam...there was another guy on here that put that intake on his ms4 car and gained like 40 hp
there were two 408 cars there that were 60 footin better then me and runnin 12.5s ....then id be depressed, im happy with a 12.1 out of a cam only ...hopefully the intake should help quit a bit..

are you like 16 years old and just got your license??? "my car does this and urs does this, mines better than your" gimmie a break. and i doubt from puttin a ls6 intake some1 gained 40 hp. theres no way. go to the track and see what it does... stop looking for attention

I dont wanna talk smack by any means, but 12.0-11.9 on stock internals isnt out of the question for me. 
fix your trans and your clutch, and you should be running consistent 11sec passes
