Got into the 11s today
Got into the 11s today Finally got to go to the track with the new tranny and stall and damn what a difference it made. Previous best was 12.52@112mph and today I got a 11.95@113.66 with a
1.75 sixty on some 315 nittos. Never got a clean pass today though so there is a little more left in her. It kept hitting the rev limiter on the 2-3 shift or it would spin bad off the line. I got my best MPH today also at 114.67. That run would have been my best run today but I was still so excited about getting into the elevens that I let my brakes slip causing me to redlight. I want to put some ET streets on so bad but I'm worried that I will kill the stock 10 bolt.

Yeah I got that 11.95 on my second run after you left. Im gonna be back out there this saturday. The guy with the silver 97 Z28 is gonna try and beat me. He got a 12.2 a 117 with a 100 shot so now he put some mickies on and is upping his shot to a 125. I don't think I'll be able to hold him of anymore.
I hope to dial in my launch and get some better sixty foots, I just wish I had some better rubber on the back. Gonna drop the pressure some more and see what that will do, I was at 27lbs last time. I know I won't be able to mach his MPH thought but I think I can out ET him again.

Enjoy your 11.6 while you still can lol. I wish I could have seen your pass though but I think I was in my car at the time you ran. You'll have to do it again for me sometime.

Yea 11.80 on motor lol it doesnt cost you 30 bucks to go 11's lol but i will glady pay it lol Its time to go for some better 60' times lol damn LS1 cars coming for my LT1. Might need to get some injectors and bump the shot lol

congrats on the new best !! i'm sure you left alot on the table with that combo you have. once you have worked the bugs out , i see an 11.6 -11.5 in your future . congrats again 
If i could launch ***** out I bet I could get an 11.6, but with the nittos I only leave at about 1500 and roll into the gas quickly. But I am happy with my 1.64 60 on my shitty nittos.
