Well i was just talking to my buddy that owns an 06 mustang gt about what my car will run when i take it to the track. He thinks it will run 12.4 in 1/4 but i say high 11s if i get traction or am i dreaming? What you guys think she could run or what can i do to run 11s n/a?

i dont think youl go 11's in anything short of perfect weather. I dont think youll hook with those tires either.

What would you suggest for better traction? What could i do to get me into the 11s?

i dont think youll get elevens. i think your buddy is about right. Get mickey thompson dragradials for best traction. i would suggest a bigger stall and gears if you dont have them already. i would have went with a different cam. get a set of heads and a ms3 cam and that with a big stall will get you low 11's/10s.

I went with this setup cuz its my dd but eventually when i save enough money i will go big. Thanks for the advice.

yea i can understand that. i had to go buy a cheap 2k dollar car to DD for both gas milage and reliablilty i would suggest doing that and building ur car up more. good luck.

I think in the right air you might be able to get there. I don't think it would be too much to ask for a full second with a cam, stall, LT's, and a tune. I would say with some ET streets or ET DR's you would be there.

Hopefully i will. I guess i'll find out on wed. when i go to track. From what it seems i didn't do a good enough research on drs.
