Chill...sometimes not everyone's car is 100% or the driver 100%. 11.7 is quick no doubt but it has more in it.
What size stall? Id imagine you need something pretty big for that cam.

my wife 2000 SS with stage 2 heads 230/234 598/595 114 cam 373 gears 12 bolt and a tci 4000 stall boltons car went 11.32 121 that is on a 1.63 60ft and 150 shot out he gate on slicks i think it the location ks let me come down to tx at sea level and get 10.50 all day long
Dont they run that cam only??? Well good luck hopefully u get it going man aint trying to bash you your anything (Well exhuast,gears,tune and bolts)??
