I thought about the converter when i was buying parts for the swap and put a wanted ad on this site for a 3000 converter and got this one at a good price. Now i wish i would have gone bigger, the car kind is kind of lazy at the track and holds the r.p.m. "s down at the intial launch. I know it would be alot faster with a 3600 converter and that is what it needs but i didnt know that before. Its getting to be going into winter soon here and i have to decide what to do about it over these months. My friends say throw a dry spray kit on it. It could also use a cam!

This is the first ls engine i ever had and thought the ls6 cam would be a better choice than stock ls1 cam and paid 100.00 for the ls6 cam. Also i wanted something fast but very mild and the ls6 cam worked for that. Since i have been to the track i would like it to be faster.
