Very nice.

With the mod's I have I was running a 9.5xx in the 1/8, but I was spinning every gear on some bald bf goodrich tires. I now have riken raptors and haven't been back to the track to see if I could cut that time down.

unless the lt1 car needed a serious driver mod he must have spun bad. my car is cammed and full bolt on and i promise any stock ls1 car would see nothing but my tail lights the whole time. there HAS to be something done to your car. if you are full weight it would take close to 325 RWHP to put a 12.7 down. esp. on a stock car, and an a4 at that. your 60' is good tho, keep it up. just saying that there is something done to your car, you just dont know what it is, especially since you are trapping almost 110.

put a slp lid and pacesetter longtubes on so far after i ran those times the weather has not been in my favor everytime ive went to the track so far the da has been 2000 or more and i cant break 12.9 now. my mph deff went up but i have a hard time hooking now lol im sure once i get the car tuned and some new tires ill be 12.6 - 12.4

nothing dude and beleive me i have thought the exact same thing. i went throught the trouble of litterally stripping down the car and making sure parts were stock. everything on it is stock down to the 853 heads. and the lt1 i raced was an a4 as well built tranny and all and his 60 was better than mine. i honestly dont get my car, nobody does. my buddy jokes and asks where i keep my bottle cause i destroyed his 05 gto haha

Sounds pretty dam stock to me. 12S with an A4 is friggin awesome. I cant do it with my 6 speed but I suck at driving. Tell your boy with the Roush it's never too late to come o the dark side!

Nice time. I have seen PLENTY of M6 WS6 run 12.9's completely stock. Without a doubt, some motors were considerably stronger then others when they left the factory.

I have a '99 Formula that went 12.92 with Bassani exhaust, Diablo programmer, SLP Y-pipe and Granatelli mass air sensor. Used Nitto drag radials and did the 12.92 first pass on a 95 degree day in Dallas at the Motorplex. Never got another but I do 13.00-13.20 fairly regularly.

Those Riken Raptors are nice tires. I have them on mine and they just go. They don't like to spin. I used to blow the stock tires off, these grabbed amazing at stock and bolt on power levels. Not to mention they're cheap! They are made by Goodyear, sold under the brand Riken.
