In the 12's on a G-Tech SS meter
I'am in the 12's now according to my g-tech ss meter. In the summer I went to a drag strip and ran 13.68. wasn't to happy with that time but I spun through 1st and 2nd real bad. Anyway I bought a g-tech meter to practice launching and shifting and today I managed to get a 12.92 I don't know how accurate they are but I think they are worth the money. I think some drag radials would bring the times down. Here is what I got.
60' 2.24
330' 5.73
1/8 8.54 @ 90.06
1000' 10.91
1/4 12.92 @ 111.41
horsepower on the meter said 378hp 370tq. does this sound about right? What do you guys think? mods are in signature. Thanks

I have a G-Tech from 1993 that has been VERY accurate since day 1, i most likely have not only the oldest 1st gen model but prolly the only one left alive! main thing to understand with the G-TECH is that it must be calibrated to -0- representing "level operation" the MPH on the meter will read 5 mph fast since the timer works off of inertia not having to break a beam...very satisfied with my G-TECH
As for your ET my buddy has a hott cammed Ls1,2800 stall,3.42 gears,DRs, Lts and a half-assed tune he ran 12.87 107.58 at 3000' DA car runs very nice and for sure it would run MUCH faster with a 4k stall

I hope its not as crazy as the "test" unit on the site...lol
7.04 1/4 mile @ 169.3
2.98 second 60'
193hp
185 lb feet of torque...
Is this on a bicycle with 0 weight??
and it only pulled 1.08 G's in acceleration?
LOL

I can also verify that the gtech is accurate. Fwiw I ran 13.81 in my regal gs at the track this fall. On the gtech(1st gen model aswell lol) I ran a 13.75 the same day. My z28 in sig runs consistent 12.5- 12.6's @117 (na) on the gtech, thats spinning too,(4.6, 0-60)...I also agree that the mph reads +5.
