Well I just got home from the track and couldnt be happier!! The fun drags were Friday night but they were rained out so I had to just suck it up and go to todays bracket races. I am not a dial in kinda guy but I didnt want to wait another week to see what my LT's, 3.73's, and 3800 stall brought to the table. I wasnt expecting much because I have some Nexen 275 tires wrapped around some cheap eagle alloy wheels not to mention the Stock LS1 intake....

My first two test runs were 13.70 and 13.70....horrible times I know but my trap was @ 107mph and I spun to the 330ft mark, it felt like, so I knew with some better tires I would do maybe a 12.89 or so....and heck...Dialing in was what was important today anyway lol...

So I pulled up to line dialed into a 13.65 and was shocked at the launch! I dead hooked so hard that I actually wheel hopped a little bit. A freaking 1.8 60ft and 12.69 ET!!! HAHA I lost the bracket 1st round but I left with a smile and hey...I'l take it!!



Next week or the week after I will add my ET Streets and a 100 shot. Should put me in the next club.

Some Nitto 555R's should get your 60ft down to 1.6's for a low 12 sec run.

That would be great! I am probly going with ET streets though. Havnt had much luck with Nitto's unless I get them blistering hot. So they dont seem to last long. Great tire for street though I must admit.

Working out a few wiring kinks for my BIG ZEX kit. Going to run a 100 shot this friday or next. Going to keep the street tires and LS1 intake for now just for fun. Wont spray till after the 60ft or so.
