Barely 12's
The M/T Drag Radials were pretty spent, but managed to get my best time and 60' out of them. Not as quick as I wanted, but still 12s. With a Bias ply should really be moving
60' - 1.90
1/8 - 8.31
1/8 Mph - 85.14
1/4 - 12.91
1/4 Mph - 107.98
Mods
12 bolt moser 3.90s, UMI Drag SB, Pacesetter LT's, 3inch True Duals, Slp lid, MGW Shifter, ls7 clutch/ls2 flywheel, tick master.

Good job, but there is definitely more in that setup. What was the DA?
I say there more because @ ~1100DA, I ran a 12.83 @ 108 on 245/50-16 street tires, stock clutch and a 10 bolt. Mods are Pacesetter LTs, True Duals, lid, and 3.73s. My 60' was a 1.902 so I am thinking you must have been at altitude or something. I just think its odd with more gear, better rear, better clutch & master (which are giving me issues), better tires that you didn't run faster. Not dissing you, just trying to get the full story.
What RPM are you leaving at?

No thats exactly what I was saying, should be a lot better. Not sure on the DA, but I'm in Iowa. Was leaving at around 3300-4k trying to find where it wanted to go from. Was bogging below 3500 and spinning above, so I was trying to power through it with what was left of my tires. Also thinking that 17psi was too low for the DR's. All that together with the 3.90's and a drag sway bar was just too hard of a hit without better tires.
What was your 1/8th times when you ran that 12.83?

8.267 @ 87.63 in the 1/8 (had to go look it up haha). I say leave with more rpm and less psi in the tires, maybe 12ish and see what happens. I don't have a tune yet either. You drop that 60' even a tenth and you'll be seeing lower times. They say 1 tenth inyour 60 is 2 tenths in the 1320, but when I dropped a tenth I got 3 tenths off my time and didn't run again (clutch is ****). I was leaving at 4k rpms, but track prep plays a part too. I've been wanting to take the front sway out too. Ill go to the track again the Tuesday after the lsx shootout since its at my track and it'll be sticky and cold out plus ill have more mods. I think you hve at least a 12.7 in it, even if your tires are crap. Once you figure out the launch yyour set and times will fall.

Ya I had a 2.0 60 and ran 13.1 or so, so I know it's got potential. I'm going to try and make it once more I think this year, try a few different tire pressures, with/without tune, and try slipping more. Since this new master slipping the clutch isn't as easy as it once was, but man it shifts so quick!

12.525 @ 111.376 MPH - This is the corrected time
The DA calculator didn't show anything for that day for some reason. I had to use the weather stats for 3:30 am on the 8th. The DA then was 2525. I would guess the DA would have been around 2600+ that Saturday you ran. That seems to be pretty close to what the car should be doing if it is full weight.
I think there is some of us from around the area that will be going to CFR sometime in October if you are down to go. Should have some good air. Post up in the Midwest Secton - Iowa Fastest Cars thread.

Sounds good man. When I had my car up to CFR this year the DA was over 2800'. I ran a 12.9 @ 113, haha. When I go back next month the DA should be under 1000' and if my car doesn't trap 115+ on motor I will be pissed. It has never ran as good as I thought it should since I installed the cam two years ago. I guess we will see. Keep in touch with that thread to see when people will be going up there.
