Default New best 12.89 @ 117

Second time out to the track and a new best.

60' 2.232
330 5.87
1/8 8.62
MPH 91.30
1000 10.95
1/4 12.89
MPH 117.12

It got a good MPH and pulls so hard on the top end. If I could just uncrap the launch surely it will go 11's. I was just on a wore out Sumitomo 315 so maybe with some drag radials and a good launch the ET will come down.

That MPH is great but your 60ft can be alot better w/ drag radials and should hit 11's no problem !!!!!!!

Yup Im planning on getting drag radials next year for sure. I just can't decide if I want to buy drag wheels/tires or just buy some 315 drag radials for the ZR1's. I was spinning on the 1-2 shift quite a bit and I had to resort to short shifting it so it wouldn't spin. So drag radials will for sure help!

Nice run w/ no traction.

You need a 9" and some DR's asap.

Every .1 in the 60' is about .2 off your ET.

I would get an extra set of rims and put slicks on them.. Only way to get a 6 speed to consistently hook.

Thanks Grant! Do you miss it any? I really want to get a 9" bad! A 9", Some Weld RTS, Drag Radials or Slicks, and a two step! It should really get up and go then!

Pony.. how about some pro stars.. near brand new tires on front and the rears are hoosier slicks.. tons of life, about 12 1/8 mile passes and around 75 street miles, they are stored correctly in doors while I use my rpms while normal driving.
Only reason for selling is buying some ccw drag pack.
You are in ky so we might get away from shipping.
I have ligaments center caps spacers and all..

lemons I'm wanting to go with a wheel where I don't have to grind calipers. I know I can use the spacers with the prostars but I've already got my heart set on the RTS.

I am loading it up a little. This past time for some reason I wasnt paying much attention to exactly what RPMs but I know it was around 3K. Then slipping the clutch out.

I am guessing you spun tires every time you shifted because I ran a horrid 12.6 @ 114mph on DR's with a 2.1 60 foot time, bogged off the launch lol.

I know for fact that is was spun on 1-2. The other shifts I can't remember if it spun or not. I don't remember feeling it spin but it may have. I do remember the car bogging a little off the line. I was slipping the clutch pretty good. Instead of the driver mod. I need the more seat time mod.

still a great trap speed easily for 11's! I see some DR's and easy 11's with good shift times in your future lol.

That particular pass was

60' 2.47 lol
330 6.11
1/8 8.86
MPH 91.47
1000 11.20
1/4 13.142
MPH 116.84

What a turd!

In the future I hope to see some 11's I would be happy with this setup if it went 11.5 but we shall see.

I do miss it, but I'm glad you've got it running and have kept a hold of it.

Good luck getting that thing to hook next season, hopefully see that 11sec pass.
