Looks great, almost identical to my slip except .2/2mph faster after the 1/8th mile. I have got to find out what the hell is causing my car to nose over....

I'm super jealous of the DA too, my best DA I've ran in was +1840ft. Never got a chance to run near 0 and def not negative.

Yes and I need a good track which has been hard to come by. I always remember your 11.8 when im thinking about what time I can run. I should have done the few things I was gonna do before going like lightening it up and swaybar delete. Shoot man, even if the track stayed good I would of had 11s cause it was only 6pm!
If I remember correctly you had swaybar removed, lighter drag wheels, skinnies up front, nitto drs, and some suspension?

It was also worth a tenth, making it even more worthwhile.

I used to do that too. Iv been lazy the last few times though so Iv been driving 2.5 hrs with the hoosier drs on. The only weight reduction I have is spare+jack.

Hey thanks Brian! Dude it was the same as last time we were up there. I was 10th in line and first pass was alright but after that the track was crap from the ricers. I really think that was my last street night. Think ill shoot for a test and tune sat morning. If you get a good track I bet you will do 11.4 no problem. That new setup with the heads and cam must be treatin ya pretty good! I think ill be talkin to Don Slowhawk soon about a cam Ill see ya up there one of these days man!

Well anyone that knows DA knows how much it changes how a car makes power. If we were lined up side by side your Chevelle would hand my car a good *** whoopin. Im itching for a cam now though

Mine weighs around 3700 with my skinny *** in it lol

I'm running out of places to cut weight...optima battery and a fiberglass hood/trunk are about all I have left that's reasonable.

i think you should have 1.6 60' times in it, it seems like the more i run my ss3600 the faster it gets, where are your rpms while footbraking it?

Awesome.

The SS3600 is a great stall. I got into high 11s with mine and almost the same mods as you, but my car had more gear. (3.73)

On 315/35-17s and heavy 17x11 ZR1s, I was footbraking up to about 1800-2000 and pulling 1.59-1.60.

I guess my car is probably about 3600 with me in it so probly 100lbs lighter.
Have you taken alot of weight out of that car?

I agree and I was hoping for at least high 1.6s. I left around 1k-1200k or so. I have only had 1 pass out of like 15 where I was able to hook. So I havent had much of a chance to see what the car could do

Thanks. The air was about the same as it would be for fall. So I would need a little weight reduction or even better air. The DA is in the original post.
