First time out

Made the first passes on the car today.
SLP Lid
TSP 1 7/8 headers with catted y
3:73 gears
Yank SS 4000
Umi lca,sub frame connectors,torque arm,panard bar
bone stock motor
12.272 at 109.62 mph
1.618 60 ft.
7.788 at the 1/8

Not bad times, like the 60 ft a lot. Sounds like you could use some more tuning though. I Went 112-113 a couple nights ago without stall or gears. Your setup has the potential for 11.90's for sure

Car went 11.98 today at 111
1.59 60 ft
Only change was front sway bar removed and spare tire removed but I had 3/4 tank of fuel.

Nice! congrats on the 11's. what tire are you running? and do you have your lower airbox gutted or a ram air system?

26" MT Et street on Weld RTS. ram air system.

Thats actually pretty good for the mods you got, How high did you get on the rpm when launching

Around 2000 -2200.It is hard to watch the tach and the tree.I will be putting a two step in next to control the rpms.

I was there when he ran the new best and he was gettin' it done!! Probably with a better DA and less weight it could see 11.80s....Congrats on new PB, and don't worry about the rear its gettin' replaced anyway!!! LOL Larry
