1973 Nova/LS swap

1973 Nova/LS swap I am getting ready to put a LQ4 in 1973 Nova with 3:73 gears and 4L60E transmission.I bought a LS3 cam that might work,not sure yet about sensors.Which heads would be the best bet with LS3 cam do you think.Also i keep reading to replace lifters with LS7.Is that a for sure thing i should do?Gotta run 12:50's or

i would call texas speed and ask about heads. i have stage 1 , however stage 2.5 can give you more hp. my first car was a 1973 pontiac ventura similar to your nova. midnight blue with a light blue sprint stripe. brings back memories! i hope you burn a rubber road to freedom with that new motor. cheers!
