high 12's N/A, low 12's nitrous
I ran the best of 12.92 a while back with these mods: free mods,HPP3, ASP pulleys(alt. and crank),ported throttle body(worth nothing to my et),cutout, lid, stock boxed lcas, Spohn relocation brackets. I also have 3.42 gears. The best mph at this stage was 108.65. My best 60 ft was 1.865. Then I added headers (long tube Flowtechs) and tuned via maft and my new best time was a .........12.92@109.27! I was DISAPPOINTED with my gain from long tubes! I did the install myself and its some work to gain a half a mph.
I recently added an NOS 5177 dry kit 100 hp shot and last night ran the best of a 12.25 @ 111. I think I need to adjust the fpss becuse it seems to shut down the N2o at the top end and it makes my 2-3 shift slip a little. I also set my maft to a richer setting and backed up my shift points a little. I hope to figure this out by next week and join the 11 sec. club next weekend! I hope some of this helped!

Update:yesterday it went 12.18 @ 111.12. It runs strong up until the 2-3 shift and then it just feels pigged out. I ran 109.27 at this same track off the nitrous. I thought it was the fpss but it didn't make much of a difference. If only it would run strong in 3rd gear, I think 11's would be here. Anyone have any type of similar problem before?
