I ran 3 runs in the 12's last night, in 80* weather with 80% humidity. Best was a 12.97 @ 108.9
Car had the pass. seat out, back seats out, and spare tire and jack out. Sway bar was still on, and about a half tank of gas.
This was on 245/50/16 Firestone Fuzions, btw... so I feel especially proud.

Update on my 12's on street tires...
Went 12.9x 3 times tonight in 70-ish* weather with an 85% humidity.
Set a new street tire best of 12.906 @ 109.66 with a 1.995 60" on my 245/50/16 Fuzions. These are some sticky *** tires if you heat them right.
I also cut a 1.919 60" on them tonight. That's a new best 60", not shabby considering that I've had Nittos and ET Streets ( Bias Ply ) Strapped to the car before.
My technique for these is to lower them to 24psi hot, then spin them over on the way to the box, do a little burnout ( barely get smoke, but make SURE you get a little smoke ), then launch on them from a dead stop at the light.
I do have to do a little lifting as the car goes into second, 'cause the shift kit hits the tires so hard that it'll spin 'em if the track isn't REALLY WELL prepped. Hell, I've even spun the slicks before on the 1-2 shift.
Just lettin' you guys know that not only can it be done on a street tire, but it can be done on a 245 street tire and stock converter.

I run 275 BFG KDW tires
Best run et wise to date: 1.993 12.741 @ 108.56 in May
next time to a track was September 14th, car in same config
1.892 12.789 @ 106.18
Interestingly enough my best 60' that 1.892 was with the traction control on, I forgot and left it on. I run my tires 30 psi cold, and never dick with it, never do weight removal, I'm just kind of run what you brung camp. Launched the car off idle and didn't completely hammer it for about the first half sec or so. Must say that Sept run was at Route 66 in Joliet, IL and track prep there is generally considered really good.

I ran 11.91 on Nittos, lots of 12.0s, though. I drive everywhere on my Nitto DRs, that makes them street tires, right?
Otherwise, 12.5 @ 112 mph on stock GY GSCs

1.56 60ft, and 1.6's on street tires? . almost not possible by any realm of the imagination. i KNOW how hard my "shitty" (compared to your claimed 60ft's) 60ft feels and launches, a 1.56 is a joke on street tires. you sure you didn't have a .156 reaction time?
