Should I really be in the 12s?
Also don't take what anybody tells you in regards to what you can/will run too seriously. Too often people get their hopes up and it doesn't turn out. This is especially true the faster you get, as wringing everything out of your car at the track is often more difficult than it may seem. Ever notice how all coach usually says it to get to the track and find out??
My 98 A4 Z28 ran 12.6 with LT's, duals, lid, CAI, tires and a TCI SSF3500. (untuned, 3.23's) Figure 0.5 for the converter and I would have been around 13.1 with mods similer to yours. It dyno'd 319 rwhp and 336 rwtq (i think it was) with all the power mods and the stock converter, so you do have a little more power than I did. In good weather you have a shot at getting that 12.9.

To get that 12.6 I also did some little things. I ran with virtually no gas and removed the rear seat, spare tire/jack, AIR/EGR and front sway bar.
