i wish i was part of this club....oh well that was with my mods i have AND no tune at all...infact I had to reset my computer the morning of the track because of issues. so once i get that tune....and the ls6 intake on...its gunna be fun =)

 

Ouch. I know how you feel. When I went to the track my very first time I ran 13.1. Awhile ago when I was first going for 11's I had a 12.009 as my best at one point.

13 anything is pretty slow for a cammed/stalled LS1. You need to get it tuned!!

LS6 intake plus tune and you should pick up a LOT.

I'm in the same boat here at 13.05 and I'm not going to get there in the Kansas summer heat. Praying for cool, crisp high-pressure weather at the Pontiac Uprising in October.

 

A heavily cammed LS1 running 13.0 is not good!

 

yeah i'm not sure about cam and everything I'm a at 13.6 with nothing but free mods and 3.42 gears, I just got my ssf tci 3500 in but didnt' make the track in time i'll post the times...well my time on bottle sucks so i know how you feel

 

ouch.........I went 13.05 @ 107 with 3.73's and a lid.....gonna add a verter and lt's....I expect to go al least 12.40..... Your car should be MUCH FASTER......how hot was it? what was you short time (60') traction? I'm sure the tune is hurting you with that cam......I would think you can go 11's with a tune.

 

What makes you expect that? 0.1 from lid nets a 12.95, average from converter (with sticky tires) is 0.5 which would be 12.45. You very well might get 12.40, but don't be dissapointed if you "only" run a 12.45-12.5
