right behind you buddy

now if i could afford that ls6 intake i may catch you. good times man, glad to see somebody (besides myself) is making use of their mods. . i see some heads/cam guys only running low 12's, but at 118mph...

details on the run- like 60ft, temperature etc...you DID have tires right? that seems almost impossible on street tires.

I have a buddy with a 2001 M6.. all bolt on's except for an UD pulley.. stock rear, 4,10's, and 16" rims with slicks.. and he went a 12.1!

So i'd say you are doin pretty good! My friends car i just really light.. 6 speed built up with lightweight parts, carbon fiber DS, and a 10 bolt! Once he gets rid of that 10 bolt he'll slow a little.. but either way a 12.1 is a killer time.. and your 12.2 definately is impressive! good luck !

awesome man, if i could get that 60 ft. i'd be right with you and happy as hell .

how did you find out you twisted your torque arm? i've been a little worried about this myself but so far no problems (knock on wood). stock suspension here also, unless you count weld-in sfc's.

i have weld in subframes to but i put to much trans fluid in and it was puking it out of the hose and under my car. So i used engine degreaser to clean it and i looked up and seen that the bracket that holds it to the tranie was bent and twisted to hell and back so take a look at yours.

ps put 3.42 gears in it dont go no higher untill you get a big cam

cool i'll check that out.

call me crazy but i actually LIKE the 2.73's. i play on the street alot and it helps to be under-geared for traction purposes. i feel like 3.42's would ruin my now very good street launches and only give me minimal et. at the track. maybe so maybe not but im stickin with the 2.73 for now.

GM muscle is my idle (he is a user on here going low 10's with 2.73's) . honestly though you can go FAR with the 2.73's if want to.

did everything to the car myself- spent less than 3k$ but you can do it for alot less- i wanted my car reliable and consistent though and i bought all new parts.

if you are auto- lid, cutout, drag radials, dry shot you can do for very cheap- especially if you buy used parts like the nitrous setup and the lid- probably for less than 1k$ - that should get you some 12's

Thats an awesome et with your bolt on mods. Especially at PRP which is at +1,250' elevation. If you took your car to Atco or Cecil county you would run 11.99.

Congrats.
