12s with this??? 1994 z28 the motor was rebuilt stock and has like 5K on it has a 10" tci 3000 stall, sfc, phr, lca, stb, cai, catback with dynomax bullet dumped at wheels, and nitto 555r. 
if i wont make it with this what will i need. i cant get headers because the install is too much $$$ and i cant install it myself.

get a 75 dry shot and you should be there for sure, with your current mods and a good '60 it will prob be more like a 13.3-13.4ish, i think if you get the headers it would push the car over the edge and you would have 12's, those stock manifolds are holding you back...

Verdad Gallardo depends on what your plans are with the car. If you plan on staying N/A i would say change them for sure, 3.73's would be a good choice. get some long tubes gears and with a good 60ft time it will be a 12 sec ride for sure.
