I ran a 12.82 at 108. Thats my best so far. I have a 98 Z28 with 3.23s and an A4. I dont have any slicks although i really need them cause I have 2.31 60ft times. I have Eagle F1's on SS wheels and thats it. The motor has a fully forged bottom end with just a little over stock compression(10.3). Its got a Thunder 224 cam. LS6 intake with an 80mm BBK throttle body with a cold air kit and K&N filter. I have Pacesetter LTs, ORY, with an SLP powerflow exhaust. I do have a cutout though. The car needs a good tune. It has a crap one right now. I have a Vigilate 3500 stahl i got with the car. Would that help? I am only 17 and this is my first fuel injected car ive had. I bought the car just how it is besides the air filter. I've only had it for a little over a month. Should i be any faster? What should i expect with a good tune, true duals, Fast 90/90 combo, slicks and convertor. Those are my plans. They should be all done in about a month. I just need some advise im new with these cars. ohh and i forgot to say i have aftermarket LCAs, panhard rod, and springs. (hope im not forgetting anything now)

With all tha you should be in low 12's.Stock with an airlid i went 12.7

ive only had the car for like a month. and i only took it to the track once. i made 3 runs all about the same time, with me driving like a baby cause i cant get traction.thats the major problem, I cannot get traction at all. i cant hammer on it til i get to about 40 without it wanting to spin the tires. thats why i said i needed slicks badly. anybody have any infor on what that convertor will gain me?

the guy that had the car before me said with the convertor in it, and slicks that he ran high 11's. anyone know if this sounds possible?

i already have the convertor, i got it with the car. just wondering how much that would help. Im hopefuly getting some new tires by the time racing season comes back here.

id say you need tires.try the m/t et streets they work pretty good.they are good at high speeds too.when you put in the converter with good tires it should knock off at least 5 tenths or better!you have the power now put it too the ground.spinning the tires looks cool but your not going anywhere.try ebay for the tires.there are always good deals on there joe

i think i might be able to get a set of tires here soon and the convertor will be put in next weekend. so we will have to see. although no drag strips open around here... can anyone give me a title change?

will the fast 90/90 combo give me good hp increases over ls6 intake and 80mm bbk tb?
