anyways best two runs of the afternoon were...

2.1593.... 60 Foot
5.5782.... 330 Foot
8.3363 @ 90.14 1/8mile
12.5581 @ 116.89 1/4mile

2.2300.... 60 Foot
5.6849.... 330 Foot
8.4353 @ 90.67 1/8mile

going again this weekend... going to drop the tire pressure in hopes of cutting some better 60's and possibly shoot for 11's

Not bad for a first time out with bad track prep. Better traction and that 117 trap is plenty to put you in the 11s. Now, give us some specs on your car and mods.

your 60ft time... is all you need for 11s.

2.1 is bad.

but in your defense..it is tough with a 6 speed.

thats what I get with my 6 speed camaro... even though it is stock.

also... another tip... if those are drag radials... air pressure is high in the tires.

nice, get that 60 down and you may see 11s

today at irwindale, my best 60 was a 1.98

my mods are LTs, ORY, Custom CORSA catback, and on 315 Nitto 555r DR's.

since you are more modded, you SHOULD see 11s IMO

Yep, DR's at 35 psi is a waste of time. You'll do alot better next time.

Yeah... with 420rwhp

it is just about TIME brother... and time is not on your side.

I broke the 10bolt in my SS and it is stock... and I never had Drag radials on it. And with my 3rg camaro... broke the rear 3 times.... YES 3

sold the 3rd gen and put the money in my old VETTE...

Your trap speed is the same as my 12.1 @ 117 run. Tire pressure is a big thing with your 60'. With that rwhp/rwtq you are right on the edge of 11's. I'm hopping for 11's next time out too. My car's #'s 430rwhp & 403rwtq are really close to yours.

You picked up a lot of speed on the backhalf. Nice!
