Got a 12.9 on my thirdgen camaro with 2000 LS1 swap. The motor is stock with a 3500Vig stall with shift kit,3.42 in the back and with slicks and skinnies in the front. Oh yeah and i good road custom tune. Looks pretty good so far. Going to get lower really soon when i do other upgrades. Just wanted to say hello to my fellow 12sec rides!

Does it have headers or LS6 intake?

No headers or LS6 intake. Bone stock 2000 Ls1 motor. For the exhaust manifolds i have the 2002 design. Some say that they flow just as good as aftermarket shorties.

 

Eh, I don't know about that....but get some longtubes and LS6 intake, and you'll be low 12s easy!

 

I wish i could get Longtubes but cali is pretty hard on the visual and plus i would have to delete the EGR system and that for sure is what will kill me on the inspection But i am going to do the LS6 intake swap pretty soon along with a Cam, Heads and a good tune. Not sure i will be hitting low 11s but it should be pretty fast. I still have to do some other bolt ons as well
