He wants me to come closer to him, but Rockingham is nearly the same distance for both of us to drive (assuming he's from the Charlotte area).

I live in Greenville, SC to let you know. Charlotte is still closer to you but I would be willing to come that far for a FRIENDLY race on a side road. But you have a pile of **** on your shoulder for some reason. You have a bigger motor, aluminum block, better intake, hell better motor, the car will ******* shift for you and I am willing to come to your state, do a dig race (or roll race if you want) and hell just so you don't cry I will leave off you so that way we all will know I didn't "**** you on the street". Dude, jon... Your car runs good, especially for what it is... But it is NOT quick by any stretch of the imagination.. I mean you run mid-high 11s depending on the weather.. Nothing is special about that, that is what most DD cars do. Could you go faster with a cam/heads/etc? Sure, but fact is you are still a SI and you run your mouth to stout H/C cars.. I'm sure you still think you would outrun me as well.

 

Doubt it...Plus I'd much rather give your T/A a shot.

His car is a complete turd after the 60'... Funny thing is, it really doesn't even 60' that well to begin with.

 

Thats why I want to give him his dig race. A roll wouldn't be very fair at all.

 

I would love to... I have already had this conversation with him.. Apparently my car would get drug up and down the track by his car.
Thought he had chilled a little bit and thought about it but apparently not. He is on the SI list so I think that is the reason for the "my **** don't stink" attitude. The times are irrelevant to him... He has his name on some list and we don't.. Funny thing is I would be on the H/C list if I ran a 1/4 one time.. I could honestly care less though.

 

He would probably drag us both at the track. You know, we are pussies and are afraid of the track. I still can't figure out what those damn lights are for and whats up with putting water on the track!? Hell I can't hook up when it rains so why would they go and wet the ground on purpose?

 

Man.. I don't use the water... My car doesn't make enough power to spin so I don't even do a burn out..

The lights are cool to watch, whether they have a meaning or not.....

Funny thing is, I no longer street race.. No matter what.. All I do is go to the track.
