how long did it take to get your hptuners? ordered last night and i'm really anxious to get it and start playing with it...i figure it would take probably a week or so...

SWEET...i didn't realize it was coming from Florida thats awsome, can't wait to start tuning, its putting all of my favorite things in one. Computers, video games and CARS!!

I shipped my upgrade back on 12/29, sent funds via PayPal same day. Haven't heard anything back yet, but there was a holiday involved. Hopefully it arrives this upcoming week.
I am a bit confused on the change of shipping from California instead of Florida...when did that begin?

Jim I know you sent yours priority via usps, but so did mine when i shipped mine in...took the PO 4 weeks to actually get it there...did you get confirmation from the PO it arrived in Ill?
As far as any emails in the last couple of days they have been in Cali & should be back tomorrow to start answering any emails & answering questions.

Am I supposed to get a confirmation with USPS priority? Right now I'm trying to find the shipping receipt they gave me.
Edit: Found the receipt. Priority flate rate envelope. Feh, the USPS website can't track it, I need to goto the office.

thats the sucky thing about usps if you don't ask for tracking info upon shipping it out they wont be able to give you anything...I went a month before mine mysteriously showed up.

a month??? wow i would hope it woudnt be that bad....
i used to work for the PO so i know how it works..its very unorganized, but hardly ever does something get lost for a month, my guess is it was not sent out right away...

Your not understanding me Magnet I sent MY old serial interface for exchange for the new USB interface and it took literally a month for it to make it from NJ(where I live) to Cali(where I had to ship it to). So YES it did take a month to get there.

oh i see, i thought it was the other way, but still that isn't the norm. I don't work for the PO anymore, so i'm not like sticking up for them, i'm just trying to put my .02 in

Hey magnus is there any way you could check and just let me know if you recieved my order and if it has processed or anything, its just kind of awkward that when you order you don't recieve any type of confirmation email or anything...let me know thaks
