All orders are processed in the evening anyway.. or at least after normal work hours.
Regardless, I just got the e-mail stating that they expect to ship the pending orders tomorrow. Needless to say my response was not so great.

How does this work?You get a email,download it to your car computer?I have no idea.Im putting a ls1 6 speed in a s10 with some stuff on it.I am trying to understand how this works.

You'll get your application key via email this ultimatly tells the hardware how many credits you have
you'll receive your hardware via ups
you'll install the software onto your laptop
you'll read your stock file from your pcm via the hardware
you'll edit said file via the software
you'll write the new file back to your pcm via the hardware
you'll receive your hardware via ups

Man man man,Now is when I'm getting scared!I appreciate the info,Im going to call Patriot and see when i order their stuff if They can tune it for me.I have no idea what in the hell I would be doing.Thanks for the info though.Absolutly no clue!!EDIT: Forgot to ask how would you know what tune is best for your car?This is like talking chineze to me.

Keith's relaying the information he's getting from their new shipping company...
This is the worst time of year for many companies due to all the holidays (plus many companies will be short handed the first week or january due to vacation time)
Once you receive HPT you'll be very pleased w/the capabilities and quality
