i ordered mine back in november and i live in arkansas, it showed on my porch on the 3rd business day, no complaints from me on great service and an excellent program!

anytime you order somethin around the holidays your just askin for trouble, lol!

 

Dont worry guys this is normal, you will get it, just in time. Took my friend and I to get an upgrade 30 days to get it back, but we got it back and are using it again. too bad for him that his turbo car was down for that month.

 

This is definately NOT normal. Normally, we have 1-2 day ship times. Interface upgrade is 3-5 day turnaround (on average).

I will be calling the shipping company up first thing monday morning to complain, yet again.

I think the only people that get that day off are government employees... very few private sector jobs will give that day off

Its only 9:53am in CA right now. I already left a voice mail.

UPS does not come in until 4pm CA time.

 

I haven't seen the upgrade yet. If the upgrades come from Superships in Sanford (10 miles away) via UPS, it should have only taken a day to arrive. I'll play devil's advocate and assume it's coming from California, where new orders ship from.

Will we receive a tracking number when shipped, since an e-mail address was furnished with the order?

 

I have found that it helps a little to give them a nudge after you are sure that they got your order and money. Worked for both my original order and enhanced interface.

 

FYI my key just showed up in my inbox.

 

I can assure you, nudging us makes no difference in delivery times.. Its really something that is out of our hands.. We can only put the pressure on the shipper, which we do.

Interface upgrades ship from Chicago, IL.

All orders that have shipped just received application keys.. I believe we will resume our normal 1-2 day ship times next week.

Well, I didn't get an email other than the confirmation that my $659 ($649 + $10 shipping) was accepted by HPtuners. I guess tomorrow is another day.

I feel like Ralphy from 'A Christmas Story' checking the mailbox everyday for my secret message.

Got my email today. I placed the order 12/27/06. I guess I will probably get the package by the end of the week. Good thing I wasn't in a real hurry.
