You guys are using the USPS... you've got to be kidding... can't you use UPS or FedEx...?

Are you referring to sending in for the upgrades/repair, or HPT shipping to customers?

For my upgrade, I was under the impression UPS/Fedex didn't deliver to PO boxes. Perhaps they do, but it's too late for me now.

well, can we atleast have another Lie update today? maybe I can get my hopes up for next week, if I havent demanded a refund by then and decided to go with efilive.

joecar, stay out of this thread or you'll get a week timeout. This thread does not pertain to you. And if you'd bother to read instead of just spouting off, they are using UPS. First and only warning. Do it again and you'll get a week timeout.

Though I've had fewer packages lost with USPS than UPS.

We ship UPS.

Shipping company told me today that many of the orders did ship. I do not have the shipping log yet so I can't tell you if yours was in the batch. They told me what didn't ship today would ship out on monday.

I'll be happy when the orders are actually in your hands... until then I will keep yelling at them.

well...no email for me, but don't worry magnus, as long as your on top of things im not worried. I know how it is when your warehouse tells you one thing and another happens, and then you have to deal with customers...it sucks. But just try and keep us updated...BTW i'm sorry, i didn't mean to make a thread down playing your services

My only comment is, at this point in the electronic age, I don't understand why you wouldn't get an instant account activation when you completed the purchase. I understand there are logistics involved with shipping a product, but after you click on the purchase and they verify the funds availability, you should have near instant access to download the software and start to learn the software.

I guess I will just be patient and wait since I don't really have any other option. It hasn't been that long since I bought it, it was only Thursday morning, so I'll wait till next week before I get annoyed.

To me its obvious they could care less about your concerns or ours, much less your business and your reputation. As I am sure you understand these are the things that your competition likes to see and something that may ruin you over time, remember hptuners as well as other tuning devices are wants not needs. The best product in the world is no good, if it cant be had. Sounds like its time for your company to step up and hire you some people to pack and ship these things in your own facility, so you can actually see whats going on and have control over them. We will see what happens monday. Maybe you should offer overnight shipping. Atleast with that, you can make up the lost time you got going on here. Whats another $50 when your already paying $700?

Hey, I was just appalled that post #11 mentioned USPS, I stumbled onto that during a search... that wasn't HPT sending USPS, it was a customer... I'm sorry, I'm not causing trouble, I just wouldn't trust a piece of electronics to USPS.

you've had two people to ask you to stay out of this thread, please do so...as an EFILive customer/supporter you have NO business in our threads no matter what your comment is on...obviously you'd rather come into a thread with hptuners in the title, bash our product with comments that are false & hope nobody notices other than potential customers and then leave to go upon your merry way.

I am with you on that, Ordered mine a week ago and nary a peep from the HPT crew. I am not in dire need of the product at this point in time, but if I don't start seeing a little action my outlook on the situation may change. I understand the holidays etc,etc can back up shipping this time of year. I am not jumping up and down screaming where is my product. The fact that I haven't received an official correspondance from the company about the delay is what concerns me and the fact and that I have to come here to read about it. I couldn't even find a mention of it on the HPT forum or home page. No other vendor here or anywhere else should get a pass for accepting money for a product and not delivering. Your (HPT's) competitors won't let you off the hook for it, why should I? I would hope that at a minimum the HPT crew will learn something from this predicament and address the breakdown in process so it doesn't happen again.

Again, it shouldn't take someone to activate an account. It should be an electronic, automated proccess, where after the order is completed, you would recieve an automated response from HPT activating your account, granting you access to download the software and access the file repository.

Who knows, maybe this is being too optimistic, but maybe it will help HPT become just a little bit better.

looks like the only things they are really worried about is other competitors seeing this thread and posting in it. fix the problem hptuners, and you wont have anything to worry about. Hell, stop worrying about your competitors posting in this thread and worry about the real problem. Get off of your *** and go pack some **** up in a box if its that far behind. Stop blaming the people YOU hired to do it.
