Does anyone think it could be a cracked block, thrust bearing issue, rod side bearing clearance? I have no coolant in my oil or otherwise, but it does leak some oil and im having a hell of a time figuring out where.

It sounds alot like a sloshing issue....and like Dan said...with everything else that's been troubleshooted, a dyno sounds like the next logical step ...

put it on a dyno where you can run through the gears under load.

If you can repeat the issue on the dyno, you know there is definately a mechanical issue. If not, then it is more than likely a sloshing issue.
Definitely a good idea. It sounds like the pump is momentarily draining the oil pan dry on acceleration. The oil may be riding up the back of the pan (past the windage tray) and then coming back down as the g-forces come back down. It will do the same thing with a stock pump, though not as bad as with an aftermarket performance pump. Racers of all types of cars have been fighting this battle forever, that's why you see them spend big bucks on fancy pans with kickouts, baffles, trap doors, etc.

I really don't have access to a dyno thats the only thing. I took the intake off, timing cover, lifters, and cam. I was hoping the guy that i bought this engine from didn't put the cam thrust plate on but sadly it was there. The cam bearing all looked good with no abnormal wear. I am now considering buying a aftermarket pan and see if that helps. I appreciate all the help guys.

There has to be a dyno somewhere close to you. A dyno pull would be a hell of a lot cheaper than a custom pan, and let you know what was actually going on, instead of just throwing parts at it.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just letting you know i fixed the oil pressure problem.I installed the canton pan and pickup and i set it as close as could, at 1/4 clearance clay measured. This was using the pan gasket during mock up. That was the closest recommended clearance in the instructions. I did not use that tab that bolts to the pump as that made my clearance was too much. But i did weld the pickup on and use the Gm high pressure white spring. Now it holds 75-80psi solid to 7k also using 20-50wt vr1 oil.
