Default diagnose the misfire

I have 2 2000 TAs, one manual, one A4.

Manual Car cylinder #7 misfire under load. Changed: Plugs, Wires, Coil Pack, Injector, Traced wire back to ECU, Replaced ECU.

A4 cylinder #3 misfire under load. Changed Changed: Plugs, Wires, Coil Pack, Injector.

Anything I am missing (no pun intended)?
