Default Chassis twist and preload

So I have a friend who has taken all of his car completely apart and has taken every ounce of weight possible out(all of the inner structure of the quarter and inner fender supports firewall everything). Now that the car is stripped naked he is going to put a cage in it without any suspension motor or tranny or doors. Nothing but a shell he will be doing this with jack stands in the center of the car. Is he going to **** up the preload on the chassis?? Let me know your opinions Thanks Chase
