Default L99 swap - no cranking at all

I have purchased salvaged Camaro 2010. My plan is moving L99 engine and auto transmission 6L80 to Nova 1973. In addition, All wiring harness, ECM, and BCM are from Camaro.

After I installed the engine, did all the wiring connection, and deleted VATS from ECM, I tried to start the car. However, the engine is not cranking at all. Also, the security litght is still on after vats cancellation tune.

What are the possibilities that leads to that issue?

This is in the WRONG FORUM. GO to PCM Diagnostics for this.

PCM could lead to this problem. However, it could something else.

Maybe, but this does not belong in Advanced Engineering Tech. There's nothing advanced about your issue.
